    Rick Stollmeyer
    Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Stollmeyer is one of MINDBODY’s co-founders, and has served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors since October 2004.

    Mr. Stollmeyer has led MINDBODY through its early years as a startup based in his garage (2001) to the global online wellness services marketplace it is today. In 2005, Rick led the industry when he took MINDBODY’s business management solution fully to the cloud. Today, the company remains the leading SaaS platform for the wellness services industry.

    Mr. Stollmeyer holds a B.S. degree in Political Science and Russian Language, with a concentration in International Relations, from the United States Naval Academy.

  • Katherine Blair Christie
    Katherine Blair Christie

    Ms. Christie has served as a member of MINDBODY’s board of directors since March 2015. She is a global technology leader who has grown and transformed brands and businesses for over two decades. As our independent board member, she offers a broad range of operating experience and a successful track record of innovation and digital disruption. She began her career in Investor Relations, joining Cisco in 1999, where she held several leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, as well as served as an Executive Officer for the company. Since leaving Cisco in 2015, Ms. Christie advises several public and privately-held companies; helped launch theBoardlist - a technology platform designed to accelerate the number of women in corporate boardrooms; and served as the Chief Development Officer for Landit, a talent management platform company. Ms. Christie holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Administration and an M.B.A. degree from Drexel University.

  • Court Cunningham
    Court Cunningham

    Mr. Cunningham has served as a member of MINDBODY’s board of directors since June 2017. Since September 2017, Mr. Cunningham has served as Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Perch, Inc., an online marketplace for home buyers and sellers. From April 2007 to June 2016, Mr. Cunningham served as Chief Executive Officer of Yodle, Inc., a leading SaaS marketing platform for small businesses. He also served as a Director of Yodle until its acquisition by Group, Inc. in March 2016. Prior to joining Yodle, Mr. Cunningham held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Community Connect from April 2005 to April 2007. Prior to Community Connect, Mr. Cunningham served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing Automation group at DoubleClick Inc. Mr. Cunningham holds a B.A. in English from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

  • Gail Goodman
    Gail Goodman

    Ms. Goodman has served as a member of MINDBODY’s board of directors since April 2016. From April 1999 to February 2016, Ms. Goodman served as Chief Executive Officer of Constant Contact. Ms. Goodman also served as chairwoman of the board from November 1999, until February 2016. Prior to Constant Contact, Ms. Goodman held various executive roles at Open Market, Progress Software Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Software. Ms. Goodman currently serves on the board of directors of Shopify, Lola Travel, Mass Challenge and Entrepreneurship for All. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

  • Cipora Herman
    Cipora Herman

    Ms. Herman has served as a member of MINDBODY’s board of directors since October 2016. Ms. Herman currently serves as an advisor and investor to multiple early stage technology ventures. From October 2012 to April 2016, she served as Chief Financial Officer for the National Football League’s San Francisco 49ers. Prior to joining the 49ers, Ms. Herman was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Facebook, Inc., where she worked from September 2007 to October 2012. In addition, from June 2003 to September 2007, Ms. Herman served in various finance positions at Yahoo! Inc., including most recently as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. She holds an A.B., an M.A., and an M.B.A., all from Stanford University.

    Eric Liaw

    Mr. Liaw has served as a member of MINDBODY’s board of directors since 2014. Since 2011, Mr. Liaw has served in several roles at Institutional Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, where he currently serves as a General Partner. From 2003 to 2011, Mr. Liaw served in several roles at Technology Crossover Ventures, a venture capital firm. Mr. Liaw serves on the boards of directors of a number of privately held companies. Mr. Liaw holds a B.A. degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science and an M.S. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

  • Adam Miller
    Adam Miller

    Adam Miller is the founder and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD). He started the company in 1999 from his one bedroom apartment to help people around the world to realize their potential. Today Cornerstone is one of the world’s largest cloud computing companies, with over 37 million users across 192 countries. Mr. Miller is also an active social entrepreneur. He is the chairman of Team Rubicon and the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, serves on FARE’s executive board and is a current director of IKAR in Los Angeles. He is a frequent speaker and writer on entrepreneurship, philanthropy, technology and talent management. Mr. Miller holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from its Wharton School of Business, a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, an M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, and has both CPA and Series 7 certifications.

  • Graham Smith
    Graham Smith

    Mr. Smith has served as a member of MINDBODY’s board of directors since January 2015. From March 2008 to August 2014, Mr. Smith served as the Chief Financial Officer and from August 2014 through June 2015, Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President of Finance, of Salesforce. Mr. Smith currently serves on the board of directors of Splunk since 2011, and on the boards of each of Xero and BlackLine since 2015. Mr. Smith holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Politics from Bristol University in England and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
