Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Stollmeyer is one of MINDBODY’s co-founders, and has served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors since October 2004.
Mr. Stollmeyer has led MINDBODY through its early years as a startup based in his garage (2001) to the global online wellness services marketplace it is today. In 2005, Rick led the industry when he took MINDBODY’s business management solution fully to the cloud. Today, the company remains the leading SaaS platform for the wellness services industry.
Mr. Stollmeyer holds a B.S. degree in Political Science and Russian Language, with a concentration in International Relations, from the United States Naval Academy.
Mr. Mansbach has served as President of MINDBODY since June 2017, leading the sales, marketing, customer service and business development teams.
Prior to MINDBODY, Mr. Mansbach served as President of Blue Jeans Network, a leader in cloud-based video communications service and CEO of PunchTab, a SaaS firm that was acquired by Walmart for its unique customer engagement technology. Mr. Mansbach also spent nearly 10 years at Citrix, a cloud computing and SaaS provider, where he held multiple executive roles.
Mr. Mansbach received his B.A. in French Language and Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his M.A. in International Business Economics and European Area Studies, from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Brett has been the company's chief financial officer since 2013 and added chief operating officer to his responsibilities in 2016. With more than 25 years of senior financial and operations expertise, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in high-growth technology companies.
Prior to MINDBODY, Brett spent nearly six years as CFO at Meru Networks, leading them through their evolution from privately-held to NASDAQ-listed company. He also held CFO roles at Fortinet, Corio, and KANA Software. His background includes 10 years at Oracle, where he served as vice president of finance over a $3 billion business unit, as well as in various international finance roles.
Brett chose MINDBODY for its culture, people, and business model. He spends time outside of work with his wife and three boys, soaking up the Central Coast's trails, beaches, and views.
Chief Revenue Officer
Mr. Baker has served as MINDBODY’s chief revenue officer since February 2018. From January 2017 to January 2018, Mr. Baker served as the executive vice president of global sales at Symphony Talent, LLC, a recruitment marketing SaaS platform company. From July 2014 to April 2016, Mr. Baker served as senior vice president, global sales, at Urban Airship, Inc., a SaaS mobile marketing platform company. From April 2010 to May 2014, Mr. Baker served in senior management roles with the Citrix Online division of Citrix Systems, Inc., a provider of business mobility and security software, providing SaaS-based collaboration and support solutions. His roles included vice president and general manager of sales and service - Americas from April 2010 to June 2013, and vice president of global sales, SaaS division from June 2013 to May 2014. Mr. Baker holds a B.S. degree in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing, from Portland State University.
Chief Strategy Officer
Josh joined MINDBODY as chief strategy officer following the company’s acquisition of Booker in 2018. As a co-founder of Booker, Josh served as the company’s CEO since its inception. He’s focused on helping MINDBODY expand Booker’s reach, while contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence in MINDBODY offices around the world.
Prior to Booker, Josh was president and COO of Arbitech, a leading independent distributor of computer hardware that achieved $1B of sales under his leadership. Arbitech was recognized as Entrepreneur magazine’s fastest-growing company in the U.S. in 2003. Josh previously served as COO of SpaFinder, managing the company’s technology, operations, and strategic initiatives. Before joining SpaFinder, he served as vice president of international development and vice president of business development for the online automotive marketing leader, Autobytel.com.
Outside of the office, Josh is an avid adventurer, having visited over 40 countries, backpacked through Central America, and traversed the US on his Harley. As a result of Josh’s youngest daughter’s diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes at age 4, his family has been dedicated to finding a cure by supporting variety of Type 1 causes, most recently Beyond Type 1.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Rajasekar has served as MINDBODY’s chief technology officer since November 2018. With more than 20 years of consumer and enterprise experience, his work is focused on the company’s product and technology strategy, consumer marketplace expansion and platform development.
Previously, Mr. Rajasekar served as vice president and general manager at e-commerce giant eBay, leading engineering and product management for the seller experience. He has also served as chief technology officer for Lithium Technologies and as vice president of engineering, product management and operations at Intuit. Mr. Rajasekar holds an MBA from the University of Toledo.
Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Todd has served as Chief Marketing Officer of MINDBODY since July 2017, leading global marketing, branding and advertising strategy for the company. From October 2014 to July 2017 Mr. Todd served as Chief Marketing Officer for Localytics. From April 2006 to October 2014, Mr. Todd held several leadership positions at Constant Contact, including Vice President of Marketing from August 2011 to October 2014. Mr. Todd holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Economics and Human Behavior from Babson College.
